In 2000, he started his business in Shenzhen, successively establishing seven companies including Shenzhen Weichuang, Suzhou Weichuang, Qingdao Weichuang, and Shanghai Fukailong, and serving as chairman. As a key investment attraction project in Liaocheng City, in 2013, he returned to his hometown to establish Nobot. "I have a dream, a dream of a physical enterprise. I see the robotics industry as a very good direction for future development." Before the establishment of Nobot, Yan Xinhua had been engaged in the import and export trade of robots in Shenzhen for 15 years. These 15 years of hard work gave Yan Xinhua a deep insight and understanding of the robotics industry. "In 2013, when the domestic robot industry was still in its initial stage, it wasn't called a robot; everyone called it a robotic arm." The market for the robotics industry is vast, so Yan Xinhua launched his second venture. As the initiator, Yan Xinhua and his six shareholders finally established Nobot in 2013 after returning to their hometown.

 

 

In its early days, Nobot also encountered difficulties: "First, at that time, the robotics industry could be said to be an emerging industry, and there was a shortage of technical personnel in the industry. Building a combat-ready team was a problem; second, there were no corresponding supporting enterprises in Liaocheng, which could not form an industrial chain and would bring various inconveniences; third, many domestic customers were not optimistic about domestic robots, so it was naturally difficult to sell new brands and new products."

 

 

"Fortunately, at that time, Shandong Province launched the east wind of intelligent manufacturing and was about to build an intelligent manufacturing industrial base. The government introduced relevant policies and attracted a large number of talents back through vigorous investment attraction." During this period, Yan Xinhua and his partners ran between the government and various supporting enterprises, recruiting talents while improving themselves, showcasing their independently developed products at various exhibitions. After overcoming numerous challenges, the products finally gained the trust of customers. As a result, the three major problems of talent, supporting enterprises, and customers were solved."
