To meet the needs of the company's strategic development and further enhance the comprehensive capabilities of its management and key personnel, the company, adhering to the development concept of "people-oriented and innovation-driven," invited external professional lecturers on June 15 to hold a middle-level cadre management training class in the Nobot Administration Building, second-floor meeting room. Company executives, department heads, and key personnel participated in the training.
 
This training focuses on the practical aspects of building a team of middle-level management cadres in the company, focusing on management methods, work skills, and effective communication. It was taught by Mr. Liu Xunliu, a leadership empowerment mentor, national senior economist, and Xinhua News Agency researcher, helping middle-level managers and key personnel master management methods and improve their business capabilities.

In his opening remarks, the company's vice general manager, Wang Zhen, emphasized the hope that middle-level cadres would adopt the right attitude and correctly understand the importance of this learning opportunity. He encouraged them to seize this chance and make the learning process a "gas station" for collective improvement, and to transform the learning outcomes into an "energy reservoir" for future work. He hoped that everyone would closely link the learning with their actual work, learn with questions and tasks, consciously work on in-depth understanding and integration, make use of analogies and connections, and achieve results by combining learning with work and applying what they have learned.

Mr. Liu, with his profound professional background and rich practical experience, presented a wonderful lecture for our managers and key personnel.

After listening to the explanation, our managers had a deeper understanding of these management methods and a clearer understanding of how to apply them in their actual work.
