It adopts an advanced gantry-type dual-worktable mobile structure, with the perfect milling technical characteristics of a high-speed milling machine. The mobile worktable ensures the machine tool has optimal dynamic motion characteristics and optimal drive rigidity; the worktable moves smoothly in the axial direction. During processing, the five axial drives move the tool around the workpiece, achieving five-axis five-linkage three-dimensional operation. It can achieve uninterrupted production processing with one worktable processing while the other worktable is loading materials.

◆This machine tool adopts a worktable mobile working method, integrated welded bed, compact structure, advanced mechanical/electrical components, ensuring high processing feed speed, high processing efficiency, high rigidity, and high reliability.
◆Adopts a five-linkage control system, opening RTCP tool following function, which can process multiple complex surfaces at one time.
◆Uses original imported Italian electric spindle ,with an 8-station disc-type tool magazine.
◆Equipped with a tool measuring system for automatic measurement of tool length and re-calibration of A/C coordinate accuracy.
Application Range:
◆Suitable for thermoforming parts, injection molded parts, and other non-plastic foamed materials, industrial profiles, and the processing of installation holes, flow channels, keyholes, and shaped holes in aluminum alloy profiles.

Nobot was invited to attend the Belt and Road International Exchange Conference
On July 28, 2024, the 2024 Liaocheng "Belt and Road" International Exchange Conference and the Unveiling Ceremony of the Central Asia International High-end Talent Joint Training Base were held in the Liaocheng High-tech Zone University Science and Technology Park.
