      The first company visited in the high-tech zone was Shandong Baopu Plastics Co., Ltd. According to the company's management, the company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development and production of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene marine buoys, pipes and composite pipes, plates and composite plates, fiber-reinforced pipes, and plastic machinery. Shandong Baopu Plastics Co., Ltd. is a member of the China Navigation Society; it is the only enterprise in China that produces buoys among the members of IALA (International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities); and it is the buoy and ship-related equipment production base designated by the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" national strategy "Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone Development Plan" approved by the National Development and Reform Commission. In 2015, the company was successively awarded the Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Shandong Famous Trademark, and Shandong High-tech Enterprise. The company has obtained 25 national patents and 4 ministerial-level awards for its ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene marine engineering products and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe products, and has built a research and development team with first-class technical level in the industry. The company owns three unique technologies in the world, and these three products and technologies fill the domestic and international gaps. Currently, the company's products can be widely used in drainage, dredging, mining, marine engineering, dam seepage prevention, chimney anti-corrosion, sponge city projects, underground pipe gallery projects, etc.

Non-road National III electronic control engine is an independently developed national brand

 

       The third stop of this visit was Shandong Colin Power Technology Co., Ltd., located in the high-tech zone. The company was jointly established by some backbone personnel of Shandong Xinya Industrial Co., Ltd. and the technical design team of Tsinghua University. Based on the basic principles of "innovation-driven, quality-first, green development, structural optimization, and people-oriented" in the State Council's "Made in China 2025", it focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of clean, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving electronic control engines and related products.

The company's leading product, the non-road National III electronic control engine, is the only domestically independently designed and developed national brand product, with completely independent intellectual property rights. It is a key energy-saving and emission-reduction product during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period and a key supported product for high-end agricultural equipment. It has obtained 25 patents, including 8 invention patents. The product has a power range of 13.2~25.7kW, with the largest diesel engine power coverage (18~35 horsepower), the lowest fuel consumption (210g/kWh, annual fuel saving of more than 6000 yuan), the lightest weight (40kg lighter than the same power), the best emission (reaching non-road National III and US EPA Tier 4), and the best durability (reliability up to 8000 hours). It can be widely used in tricycles, small tractors, gardening machinery, engineering machinery, mine machinery, agricultural irrigation machinery, generator sets, water pump units, ships, etc.        

 

     The DK series electronic control engine has been tested by Jinan Automobile Testing Center, Shandong Internal Combustion Engine Research Institute, and National Tractor Luoyang Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and its emission and fuel consumption indicators have all met national environmental protection requirements.

Urban complex compound street block becomes a highlight of the area's urban construction       

       After visiting some high-tech enterprises in the high-tech zone, the relevant person in charge of the high-tech zone led the media reporters to visit the Huajian Block 1 building group in the high-tech zone to learn about the urban construction situation in the area. According to the relevant person in charge of the project, Huajian Block 1 was invested and developed by Huajian Storage and Huajian Land, covering an area of 547 mu, with a total construction area of 1 million square meters and a total investment of 4.2 billion yuan. The project is one of the key projects of Liaocheng Municipal Government, located in the CBD center of the eastern new city of Liaocheng, the gateway of the Liaocheng-Chuyang East metropolitan area, and the core location of the provincial capital's half-hour economic circle.

Huajian Block 1, with its urban complex compound street block development model, creates a million-square-meter street block theme new city center. It is divided into business office area, smart finance area, commercial center area, technology incubation area, ecological residential area, etc., with a unique street-style property form, inheriting the century-long development history of world commercial complexes, depicting the blueprint of Liaocheng's high-starting point metropolitan commercial area, and presenting an all-weather one-stop life experience to lead fashion consumption.

 

The construction of the project is carried out in accordance with the requirements of "high-starting point planning, high-standard construction, and high-grade management", with careful organization and scientific arrangement, and all work is proceeding in an orderly manner. The construction of this project involves the comprehensive development of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in the eastern new city area, bringing new opportunities for promoting the employment of more than 50,000 people around the project. The construction of Huajian Block 1 will be a strong stroke in the development of Liaocheng's eastern new city.
