Nobot successfully held its 2022 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference and 2023 Oath-Taking and Mobilization Conference

At the beginning of his speech, President Yan congratulated the advanced collectives and individuals who received awards on behalf of the board of directors and expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all the hard workers at Nobot. The achievements of 2022 are attributed to the hard work and dedication of all Nobot colleagues. At the same time, he made it clear that 2023 is a very challenging year for Nobot, a year for us to seize opportunities and develop rapidly. While acknowledging our achievements, we should also recognize our shortcomings and sense of crisis, clearly understand the gap between Nobot and our benchmark companies, and come up with specific and quantifiable measures to catch up, focusing on problems and goals, and continuing to make efforts.
On February 4th, Nobot Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd. held its 2022 Work Summary and Commendation Conference and 2023 Mobilization Meeting. The meeting summarized the work of 2022, commended advanced collectives and individuals who made outstanding contributions in 2022, and arranged and deployed tasks for 2023. It also mobilized and encouraged the Nobot family to seize opportunities and take the initiative in the new year to achieve new breakthroughs. Nobot Chairman Yan Mingzheng attended the meeting and delivered a speech, and Administrative Manager Dang Yan'nan presided over the meeting. Members of the Nobot company's leadership team, middle-level managers, and employee representatives attended the meeting.
The theme of this meeting was "Join Forces, Win in 2023." The meeting consisted of five parts: departmental work reports by heads of various departments; the marketing center's pledge; commendation of advanced collectives and individuals in 2022; work experience sharing by outstanding employee representatives; and the chairman's summary and work deployment for the new year.

At this mobilization meeting, the marketing center proposed new performance targets for 2023 and made a pledge to achieve these new targets! Department leaders and sales managers made commitments to achieve the new targets!
Award Ceremony for Outstanding Employees
Outstanding employees are the backbone and cornerstone of our business development. While rewarding the advanced, we guide and encourage all employees to learn from outstanding and advanced employees, identify their own shortcomings, and work together to do a good job in all aspects of our work. In the fourth part of the meeting, outstanding employee representatives Cui De Chao from the Research Institute, Zhang Peng from the Technology Department, Zhang Jun from the Production Department, and Meng Zhaozhan from the Production Department, respectively, took the stage to share their experiences.
Chairman's Summary and Deployment
Finally, Chairman Yan Mingzheng delivered a summary speech and deployed work for the new year. Chairman Yan fully affirmed the achievements made in 2022 and expressed high hopes for the completion of various tasks in 2023.

Nobot was invited to attend the Belt and Road International Exchange Conference
On July 28, 2024, the 2024 Liaocheng "Belt and Road" International Exchange Conference and the Unveiling Ceremony of the Central Asia International High-end Talent Joint Training Base were held in the Liaocheng High-tech Zone University Science and Technology Park. Professor Tursunbayev Zaporotot, President of Osh Technological University of the Kyrgyz Republic and corresponding academician of the Kyrgyz Academy of Engineering, and Academician Smaylor Erta of the Kyrgyz Academy of Engineering and the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, among other experts and scholars from "Belt and Road" countries, participated in the event.
