Recently, reporters learned from the website of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League that the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Shandong Provincial Youth Federation have decided to award the 23rd "Shandong Youth May 4th Medal" to 20 comrades including Yan Xinhua. The "Shandong Youth May 4th Medal" is the highest honor awarded to young people in our province by the Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Provincial Youth Federation. Yan Xinhua, a native of Guanxian County, Shandong Province, is the chairman and general manager of Nobot Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd.
20 years ago, he started his business. In the past 20 years, he has successively established seven companies, including Shenzhen Weichuang, Suzhou Weichuang, Qingdao Weichuang, and Shanghai Fukailong, and has become one of the top three in the precision instrument industry nationwide.


In 2013, As a key investment attraction project in Liaocheng City, Yan Xinhua returned to his hometown to establish Nobot. Nobot Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd. is located in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Liaocheng City. The company has been successively named a leading enterprise in Liaocheng's intelligent equipment industry and one of the first batch of key enterprises in Liaocheng's transformation of old and new kinetic energy.


In December 2016, Yan Xinhua led a research team to undertake a major provincial key technological research and development project of the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology—the research and development of industrial robot controllers, receiving 2 million yuan in funding. This project has now been successfully completed.


In 2017, Yan Xinhua led his entrepreneurial team to participate in the first Shandong Provincial Entrepreneurship Competition, winning first place in the Liaocheng City competition and third place in the Shandong Provincial competition.


In 2017, Yan Xinhua, chairman of the company, was selected as a Taishan Industry (Science and Technology Entrepreneurship) Leading Talent by the Organization Department of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
