The NOBOT-2025-F CNC machining center is equipped with an integrated industrial computer control system and a Windows CE interface. Its maximum rapid traverse speed reaches 20M/min, effectively saving you time and labor costs while improving processing efficiency. This machine tool features an all-steel structure designed to industrial standards. The bed has undergone finite element analysis (FEA) and design, and all bed components have been annealed to eliminate stress before machining (non-vibration aging treatment). This provides the machine tool with a rigid and stable processing platform.

2. This machine tool adopts industrial design standard all-steel structure. The bed is designed and analyzed by finite element analysis (FEA), and all bed components are annealed to eliminate stress before processing (non-vibration aging treatment). It provides a rigid and stable processing platform for the machine tool.
3. It adopts a fully automatic lubrication system, which extends the service life of the machine and is suitable for all-weather processing needs. (Manual switch control is available).
4. Transmission system: It adopts imported linear guide rails from Taiwan, double-row four-column ball slides, large load-bearing capacity, suitable for heavy cutting; Taiwan-made ball screws, stable operation, high precision.
5. Using high-speed variable frequency Electric spindle And Zhisan servo system 。 Using the NOBOT CNC system and equipped with a T-slot bed greatly reduces the workpiece loading and handling time and improves production efficiency.

The five-axis dual-swing head uses two high-precision gear reducers and Yaskawa servo motors imported from Japan. It can rotate along the Z-axis and Y-axis, achieving multi-surface machining with a single clamping. The cutting spindle uses a 3KW imported air-cooled spindle with a maximum speed of 18000 rpm; the compressed air cooling method effectively avoids the drawbacks of water cooling (overheating in summer, freezing in winter), ensuring long-term worry-free use.
