On May 5, 2018, Nobot Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd. held a site inspection meeting for the acceptance of environmental protection facilities for the Phase I construction project of intelligent equipment industrial robots of Nobot Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd.

2018 year 5 month 5 day, Nobot Intelligent Equipment ( Shandong ) Co., Ltd. held Nobot Intelligent Equipment ( Shandong ) Co., Ltd.'s intelligent equipment industrial robot construction project ( Phase one ) completion acceptance inspection meeting of environmental protection facilities. The acceptance working group was composed of the engineering construction unit (Nuo Boert Intelligent Equipment ( Shandong ) Co., Ltd. ) 、environmental assessment unit ( Liaocheng University ) 、monitoring unit (Liaocheng Environmental Science and Engineering Design Institute Environmental Testing Center ) and specially invited 2 technical experts (list attached).
The acceptance team reviewed and verified the implementation of the project's environmental protection work on site, and based on the acceptance monitoring report and in accordance with the "Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects" 、"Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects" 、relevant laws and regulations, the environmental impact assessment report of this project and its approval requirements, etc., to accept this project. After careful study, the following acceptance opinions are formed:
1. Basic situation of project construction
(1)Construction location, scale, and main construction content
Nobot Intelligent Equipment ( Shandong ) Co., Ltd.'s intelligent equipment industrial robot construction project, located in Liaocheng High-tech Industrial Development Zone, south of Huanghe Road, east of Xiaomei River. The project in 2014 year 5 month started construction, with a designed production capacity of 3200 sets of intelligent equipment industrial
robots. As of 2017 year 12 month 31 day, the company has a production capacity of 2000 sets of intelligent equipment industrial robots. The project has built three production workshops. Part of workshop 1 includes a research and development center, forging workshop, assembly workshop, commissioning workshop, warehouse, office area, and living area, as well as other related auxiliary buildings. Workshop 2 is mainly a machining workshop, and workshop 3 is not yet
in use; the acceptance monitoring scope mainly covers production workshops 1 and 2, and the existing annual production capacity of 2,000 sets of intelligent equipment industrial robots.
(2)Construction process and environmental protection approval situation
2013 year 11 month, Nobot Intelligent Equipment ( Shandong ) Co., Ltd. commissioned Liaocheng University to prepare the "Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Nobot Intelligent Equipment ( Shandong ) Co., Ltd. Intelligent Equipment Industrial Robot Construction Project." On 2014 year 1 month 10 day, the Liaocheng Environmental Protection Bureau High-tech Industrial Development Zone Branch conducted the Nobot Intelligent Equipment ( Shandong ) Co., Ltd. "Approval of the Environmental Impact Report for the Intelligent Equipment Industrial Robot Construction Project" Liaokaihuan Report [2014]2

sets of intelligent equipment industrial robots. As of 2017 year 12 month 31 day, the company has a production capacity of
2000 sets of intelligent equipment industrial robots. Nobot Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd.
in 2018 year 1 month commissioned the Liaocheng Environmental Science and Engineering Design Institute Environmental Testing Center to conduct completion environmental protection acceptance monitoring and prepared the "Nobot Intelligent Equipment ( Shandong ) Co., Ltd. Intelligent Equipment Industrial Robot Construction Project ( Phase 1 ) Completion Environmental Protection Acceptance Monitoring Report ."
(3)Investment situation
The total investment of Phase 1 of this project is 23459 ten thousand yuan, of which environmental protection investment is 120 ten thousand yuan, accounting for 0.51% of the total investment.
(4)Acceptance scope

The project was completed on 2014 year 5 month started construction, with a designed production capacity of 3200 sets of intelligent
equipment industrial robots. As of 2017 year 12 month 31 day, the company has a production capacity of 2000 sets of intelligent equipment industrial robots. The construction unit will conduct phased acceptance.
3. Construction of environmental protection facilities
(1)Wastewater
The project's water use mainly consists of production process recycled water and domestic water. Production recycled water is regularly replenished and not discharged; domestic water is pretreated by a septic tank and then discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network and into the Liaocheng Economic Development Zone wastewater treatment plant.
(II) Exhaust Gas
The exhaust gas generated by this project mainly includes a small amount of particulate matter and welding fumes generated during the machining process of robot parts. Welding fumes are purified by a welding fume purifier and then discharged into the workshop in an unorganized manner; a temporary canteen is set up in the factory area, and the canteen oil fume exhaust gas is purified by an oil fume purifier before discharge.
(III) Noise
The main noise sources of this project include the noise generated by the operation of various machine tools, punching machines, etc., and the noise of air compressors during the robot assembly process. The main equipment is evenly distributed in the factory building, and noise reduction measures such as sound insulation, vibration damping, and distance attenuation are adopted.
(IV) Solid Waste
The solid waste of this project mainly includes waste grinding fluid, waste engine oil, machining burrs and scraps, waste packaging materials, and office and domestic garbage. According to the information provided by the enterprise, waste cutting fluid generation 0.8t/a ,Hazardous waste code HW 09 900-006-09 ,waste hydraulic oil generation is
1.0 t/a ,Hazardous waste code HW08 900-218-08 ,both of which belong to hazardous waste, the enterprise entrusts Shanxi Huifeng Yili Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for disposal, currently temporarily stored in the hazardous waste room; The solid waste generated by the machining process of robot parts mainly includes aluminum alloy and stainless steel edges
and scraps and iron filings, with a generation of 120t/a, all of which are sold for comprehensive utilization; domestic garbage is collected and processed by the sanitation department.
(V) Other Environmental Protection Facilities
1. Online monitoring device
According to current requirements, the enterprise does not need to set up an online monitoring device.
2. Others
The distribution of environmentally sensitive points around the factory area has not changed since the environmental impact assessment approval.
(VI) Environmental Protection Facility Debugging Effect
Liaocheng Environmental Science and Engineering Design Institute Environmental Monitoring Center issued the "Nobot Intelligent Equipment ( Shandong ) Co., Ltd.'s intelligent equipment industrial robot construction project ( Phase 1 ) Completion Environmental Protection Acceptance Monitoring Report", during the acceptance monitoring period, the project production conditions were stable, and the production load was 90%, which meets the requirements that the acceptance monitoring should be carried out under stable operating conditions and production load reaching the design production capacity load of 75% above. The monitoring results show:
1. Exhaust gas
In the two-day monitoring of unorganized exhaust gas, the maximum monitoring concentrations of non-methane total hydrocarbons and particulate matter were respectively 1.06mg/m3、0.318mg/m3 meet the "Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants " (GB/T 16297-1996) in the table 2 The limit value for unorganized emission monitoring.
2. Wastewater
During the acceptance monitoring period, the total outlet of the factory area pH The measured range is 7.11~7.46 ,Ammonia nitrogen, COD Cr 、 SS The daily maximum values were respectively 17.1mg/L、188mg/L、98mg/L ,all meet the "Water Quality Standard for Wastewater Discharge into Urban Sewers" ( GB T 31962-2015 )B grade standard.
3. Noise
The noise acceptance monitoring results show that the daytime noise values at the east, south, west, and north boundaries of the factory are in the range of
53.3~60.3 dB(A), which meets the Class 3 standard requirements of the "Emission Standard for Environmental Noise at the Boundaries of Industrial Enterprises"
(GB12348-2008).
4. Solid waste

The project construction has carried out an environmental impact assessment and basically implemented the environmental impact assessment document and its approval requirements. During the acceptance monitoring period, the exhaust gas, wastewater, and noise generated by the project can meet the standards discharge, and solid waste can be properly handled.

Nobot Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd.'s intelligent equipment industrial robot construction project
( Phase 1 ) In the implementation process, relevant environmental protection measures have been implemented in accordance with the environmental impact assessment and its approval requirements, no major changes have occurred during the project construction process; the pollutant emissions monitored during the acceptance meet the relevant national emission standards, and the acceptance report does not have any major quality defects.
Given that the project basically meets the acceptance criteria and does not involve any unqualified acceptance situations as stipulated in the "Provisional Measures for the Acceptance of Construction Project Completion Environmental Protection", the acceptance working group agrees in principle that the environmental protection facilities of this project pass the environmental protection acceptance.

Dispose of the generated hazardous waste in a timely manner by entrusting a qualified unit.
