The project "High-precision New Internal Gear Shaping Machining Technology and Equipment," jointly completed by Nobot Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd., Shandong University of Science and Technology, Shandong Yishui Machine Tool Factory Co., Ltd., and Shandong Bocre Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd., won the first prize of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Award for Equipment Manufacturing Industry.
This project, stemming from national and Shandong provincial key research and development plans, the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and the Zibo City-University Integration Plan, addresses the challenges in the precision grinding of internal gear parts. It breaks through foreign technological blockade, achieving a series of innovative research results in internal gear grinding machine design methods, centerless support grinding wheel heads, intelligent internal gear part clamping systems, and internal gear shaping grinding technology and equipment. It provides key technologies and equipment support for the high-efficiency and high-quality manufacturing of high-precision internal gears. The overall technological level has reached the internationally advanced level, and its research on high-precision internal gear shaping grinding wheel heads has reached the internationally leading level. It has been widely promoted and applied in many enterprises, achieving significant social and economic benefits.

On July 28, 2024, the 2024 Liaocheng "Belt and Road" International Exchange Conference and the Unveiling Ceremony of the Central Asia International High-end Talent Joint Training Base were held in the Liaocheng High-tech Zone University Science and Technology Park. Professor Tursunbayev Zaporotot, President of Osh Technological University of the Kyrgyz Republic and corresponding academician of the Kyrgyz Academy of Engineering, and Academician Smaylor Erta of the Kyrgyz Academy of Engineering and the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, among other experts and scholars from "Belt and Road" countries, participated in the event.
