On May 25, Bai Chenglin, Standing Committee Member and Vice President of Liaocheng University; Bao Chunjiang, Secretary of the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering; Sun Qun, Dean of the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering; Zhang Tao, Deputy Secretary of the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering; Tian Yu, Counselor of the School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering; and student representatives visited Nobot Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd. for an inspection and investigation. Company Chairman Yan Mingzheng, Vice General Manager Wang Zhen, and Director of the Talent Office Zhang Kezhi engaged in in-depth communication and exchange with the university representatives.
During the meeting, Chairman Yan first welcomed the Liaocheng University delegation and highlighted the company's culture, talent structure, and development direction. Detailed discussions were held with the university on talent team building and the required skills of university students. From interns to young experts, Chairman Yan outlined clear cooperation directions for each position, hoping that both sides could strengthen pragmatic cooperation, leverage their respective strengths, and form a strong alliance, sharing resources and complementing each other's advantages. The goal is to continuously deepen integration in talent cultivation, discipline construction, and industry-academia-research services, achieving a supply-demand match for young talent.
President Bai emphasized that the "Hundreds of Schools, Thousands of Enterprises" survey and visit is a concrete manifestation of the comprehensive implementation of the Party Central Committee and the State Council's decisions and deployments on the employment of college graduates, and a deepening of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation. He pointed out: Firstly, the university will be based on market demand and improve talent cultivation. Secondly, a normalized cooperation mechanism will be established, using this investigation as an opportunity to establish and improve a normalized cooperation mechanism for talent cultivation and employment linkage, giving full play to the advantages of resources and talents and technology on both sides, striving to create a school-enterprise collaborative innovation platform, and working hard to provide more high-quality resources in internship practice, high-quality employment, and double-creation education. Thirdly, we must effectively do a good job in graduate tracking services, conduct in-depth research on the skills and quality requirements of school graduates from enterprises, continuously promote the school to deepen education and teaching reforms, improve the quality of talent cultivation, and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for students, schools, and enterprises.

On July 28, 2024, the 2024 Liaocheng "Belt and Road" International Exchange Conference and the Unveiling Ceremony of the Central Asia International High-end Talent Joint Training Base were held in the Liaocheng High-tech Zone University Science and Technology Park. Professor Tursunbayev Zaporotot, President of Osh Technological University of the Kyrgyz Republic and corresponding academician of the Kyrgyz Academy of Engineering, and Academician Smaylor Erta of the Kyrgyz Academy of Engineering and the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, among other experts and scholars from "Belt and Road" countries, participated in the event.
