From February 18th to 21st, the highly anticipated 14th Liaocheng Municipal Party Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully held. This Party Congress realistically summarized the achievements and valuable experience of our city over the past five years, conducted an in-depth analysis of the new situation and tasks facing development, clarified the ambitious goal of building "Six New Liaochengs", proposed seven key tasks, scientifically outlined a magnificent blueprint for Liaocheng's high-quality development in the next five years, forged a consensus, and further boosted morale.
From February 18th to 21st, the highly anticipated 14th Liaocheng Municipal Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully held. This congress realistically summarized the achievements and valuable experience of our city's work over the past five years, in-depth analyzed the new situation and tasks facing development, clarified the goals of building a "new Liaocheng" in six aspects, put forward seven key tasks, scientifically outlined a grand blueprint for Liaocheng's high-quality development in the next five years, forged a consensus, and further boosted morale. The report delivered by Secretary Sun Aijun is a report that emancipates the mind and seeks truth from facts, a report that keeps pace with the times and is pioneering and enterprising, a report that is inspiring and motivating, and a programmatic document guiding the city's economic, political, cultural, and social construction in the next five years. The report points out that Liaocheng will deeply promote reform efforts, strengthen systematic integration and efficient collaboration, deepen institutional innovation and process reengineering, launch more original, leading, and landmark "Liaocheng experiences," adhere to a problem-oriented approach, deepen reforms in key areas, and promote greater breakthroughs in reforms of state-owned assets and enterprises, finance and taxation, etc. Create a first-class business environment nationwide, implement the provincial pilot task of "menu-style" reform, improve the mechanism for evaluating the effectiveness of reforms for service recipients, and ensure that reforms accurately meet the needs of development, the expectations of the grassroots, and the aspirations of the people.

In the past few days, through studying the spirit of the 14th Liaocheng Municipal Congress, I have further broadened my horizons, updated my concepts, improved my theoretical level, and gained a deeper understanding of the direction of Liaocheng's development in the next five years and the main work of the municipal Party committee and government.
I. Following the trend and accurately positioning
The determination of the direction of any work planning must grasp the situation and accurately analyze it before clarifying the thinking and setting goals. This Party Congress report was put forward after a comprehensive analysis of the overall situation of the city's development, and it is a scientific development idea that conforms to the actual situation of our city. The report first realistically and comprehensively reviewed the development achievements of Liaocheng in the past five years. While affirming the achievements, it also recognized the difficulties and problems existing in the work, and scientifically analyzed the actual situation and development trend of Liaocheng. At the same time, from the aspects of development laws, development layout, development environment, and opportunities, it further clarified the development stage, positioning, and realistic support of our city. In the past five years, Nobot Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd., relying on its own technological advantages, has actively undertaken the construction of provincial and ministerial-level innovation platforms such as the Shandong Provincial Academician Workstation and the Shandong Provincial Multi-joint Industrial Robot Engineering Technology Research Center. It has more than 100 national patents in the field of industrial robot technology and has also participated in the formulation of four national industrial robot industry standards. As a new emerging industry in Liaocheng and an important part of the future high-end equipment field, Nobot will closely focus on Liaocheng's acceleration of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy, deeply implement the strategy of strengthening the manufacturing industry, strengthen the leading role of innovation, scientifically analyze its own actual situation and development trend, and strive to establish a work spirit of "seizing opportunities and working diligently."
II. Scientific concepts, keeping pace with the times
When reviewing the historical experience of Liaocheng's development in the past five years, the report mentioned "six musts": We must adhere to a firm and correct political direction. The leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee for the success of our cause. Only by firmly upholding the "two establishes" and resolutely achieving the "two safeguards" can we remain unfazed by challenges and remain calm amidst turmoil. The report highlights the guiding role of the scientific development concept, with high ideals and aspirations, from the theme and main line of the report to the theory, guiding ideology, work goals, development strategy, and work tasks and measures, all reflecting the characteristics of the scientific development concept and shining with the dazzling highlights of scientific development. It can be said that this is the most scientific report and the most work report that conforms to the laws of development. It is not only theoretical but also practical and scientific. In future work, I will closely follow the scientific development concept and the spirit of striving for excellence, based on my own actual situation, and strengthen the enterprise's scientific and technological innovation work.
III. Inspiring and motivating
The congress clarified the goal of building a new socialist modernized Liaocheng, fully expounded the situation and development opportunities facing Liaocheng, which is very inspiring and makes me full of expectations and aspirations for the future of Liaocheng, encouraging me to strive upward, and at the same time, I feel a greater sense of responsibility, further enhancing my sense of responsibility and mission in doing my job well.
The next five years will be a period of significant changes for Liaocheng. We must adhere to the guidance of advanced scientific concepts, consciously using the new development concept to govern the overall situation, fundamentals, direction, and long-term development. We must uphold the enterprising spirit of striving for excellence. Abandoning "general" standards, discarding "almost" thinking, changing the inertia of "waiting, relying, and asking," constantly stimulating potential and surpassing ourselves. We must adhere to the strategic determination of long-term efforts. Persistently pursuing what we have identified, running one baton after another, striking one hammer after another, accumulating small steps to reach thousands of miles, and accumulating quantitative changes to achieve qualitative changes. We must uphold the profound feelings of putting the people first. Always thinking and working together with the people, always fighting for the interests of the people, can we gather the tremendous power to change the world. We must uphold the revolutionary courage of self-criticism. With a strict and practical attitude, we will strengthen the self-construction of our team and overcome any risks and challenges on the road ahead. Faced with the new round of scientific development, we must find the right positioning and formulate new countermeasures to achieve new breakthroughs in our work.
IV. Seeking truth from facts and playing a leading role in innovation
In the past five years, Nobot Intelligent Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd., relying on provincial and ministerial-level innovation platforms, has more than 100 national patents in the field of industrial robot technology and has participated in the formulation of four national industrial robot industry standards. It has formed intelligent equipment products centered on industrial robots and complete sets of automated systems, non-metallic five-axis machining robots, intelligent polishing robots, three-dimensional five-axis CO₂ laser cutting robots, and intelligent warehousing and logistics systems.
