I. Preparatory work before starting the machine   

1. Confirm that the gas source pressure is turned on, normally at 0.3-0.5MPA;

2. Confirm that the main shaft chuck, extension rod, and tool holder are tightened;

3. Confirm that the oil pump is working properly.

II. Preparatory work after starting the machine    

1. Ensure that no untrained personnel are allowed to stand around the machine during startup;

2. After starting the machine, observe whether there are any warnings or alarms.

III. Return to mechanical reference zero     

The mechanical origin is the mechanical reference zero of the equipment when it leaves the factory. As the name suggests, it is called the mechanical origin. Different systems can manually set their desired mechanical reference points.

IV. Product correction and tool setting

1. The product needs to be corrected in the equipment. The purpose is to ensure that the product we are processing is consistent with the coordinate system defined in the tool path creation. In short, the product has a direction in the XYZ coordinate system, ensuring that it is consistent with the XYZ direction of our machine tool;

2. Product tool setting. The coordinate origin of the product data we define is defined at a certain point. When processing, we point the tool tip to that point. The purpose is to input the mechanical coordinates into the coordinate system compensation, which we call the tool setting point, which is also the X0Y0Z0 of the workpiece coordinate system, also known as the absolute coordinate system X0Y0Z0.

V. Execute and call the product program  

The program we have programmed, the machine code, commonly known as (machine code), is imported into the system via a U disk or data cable. Execute and load the program we imported. In automatic mode, simulate the program running with the handwheel. If there are no exceptions, you can switch to automatic one-button start.
