I think that probably every man has an entrepreneurial dream in his heart, and hopes to carve out his own piece of the world in this vast world. Twenty years ago, I set off on a southbound train with such a dream. That year, I was 18 years old. When I first arrived in Shenzhen, I was amazed by the dazzling world before me! The beauty of this city kept stimulating my fighting spirit until today. For survival, I worked on the assembly line and as a quality inspector, until I entered the precision instrument industry, and I finally found my direction. From agency of Japanese products to German brands, I have been in the precision instrument industry for 15 years, and I have expanded from establishing my first company in Shenzhen to 7 companies in Qingdao, Suzhou, and Shanghai. 15 years of import and export trade of precision measuring instruments. , From then on, I had a dream, a dream of a physical enterprise. This dream has guided me on my entrepreneurial journey. 15 years of hard work has also given me a deep insight into and understanding of the robotics industry. At that time, domestic robots were still in their initial stage; they weren't called robots then, everyone called them robotic arms.
In 2013, with a heart for industry, as an initiator, I discussed and researched with several other friends, and started a second venture. With my persistence, I returned to Liaocheng and founded Nobot.
Now, Nobot has become a business card of the high-tech zone's intelligent equipment manufacturing industry. The company has a total investment of 568 million yuan and a construction area of 12 square meters. It owns national patents 45 and software copyrights 23 .
Along the way, the road to entrepreneurship has been full of thorns. Recalling the difficulties encountered when creating Nobot five years ago, I am still deeply moved; it was much more difficult than my first venture.
Originally, relying on my many years of friendly trade relations with Japan, after many negotiations, I bought a robotics company in Japan. The head of this company promised to transfer the relevant technological achievements to China. When everything was settled and the relevant agreements were signed, things took a turn. After learning about this, the local Japanese government prevented the company from transferring the relevant technology to China. During this period, I traveled back and forth to Japan many times, hoping for a turnaround, but ultimately it ended in failure. Japanese experts could not come, technology transfer could not happen, and things were at a standstill. Without ready-made technology, several friends who participated in the investment became hesitant and uncertain. However, these difficulties did not ultimately overwhelm us. After repeated discussions, several partners stated that if we couldn't introduce it, we would develop it ourselves. At that time, everyone had a strong determination, and no matter what method they used, they had to get this done. Later, everyone lived and ate together with the company's technical personnel, traveling to many universities and visiting many experts and scholars in the industry. Overcoming various difficulties, in 2015, the first batch of independently developed five-axis industrial robots, intelligent three-dimensional warehouses, and stacker cranes were launched.
Now, our products include multi-joint industrial robots, intelligent three-dimensional warehouses, stacker cranes, AGV vehicles, and non-standard automated equipment integration based on industrial robots. Business areas involve automobiles and parts, sanitary ware, hardware, machining, plastics, and luggage industries. Currently, the company has established operation centers in Jinan, Qingdao, Suzhou, Tianjin, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, ensuring seamless connection of technology, personnel, and market, and establishing a rapid response mechanism to meet customer needs.
Since its establishment, Nobot has been rated as one of the first batch of 100 national model robot system integrators, a member of the Shandong Robot Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, an ABB robot gold value provider, and the vice chairman unit of the Liaocheng Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Alliance. It has signed school-enterprise cooperation agreements with Liaocheng University, established the Liaocheng University Nobot Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center, and established the Nobot Scholarship; and jointly established the Nobot Intelligent Manufacturing College with Liaocheng Technician College, aiming to cultivate talents in the field of industrial robots. 2017 year, I was also fortunate to be selected as a Taishan Industry (Science and Technology Entrepreneurship) Leading Talent by the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department and the Provincial Science and Technology Department.
These honors are recognition of me and the entire entrepreneurial team. In 15 years of entrepreneurship, along the way, I have been inseparable from the care and support of the Party committee and government. Some say that my entrepreneurship is successful, but I think I have only just begun on the road to entrepreneurship, just a few steps ahead of others in the same field. My entrepreneurial goal is clear: to create a national brand for China's intelligent equipment manufacturing industry. I believe that technology-based enterprises should determine the direction of technological research and development based on market application needs, dig deep into core technologies, and follow a development path characterized by "core technology + business model + demographic dividend + globalization," in order to have a certain influence on the development of the world's manufacturing industry in the future. I hope that our technology and products will not only add wings to the development of our country's manufacturing industry, but also shine on the international stage.
As a private entrepreneur and a young person, I firmly believe that only the motherland can give private entrepreneurs the greatest trust and help, and only the strong leadership of the Party can mobilize and organize the broadest forces to work together for the development of the country and the prosperity of the nation.
I will remain true to my original aspiration, forge ahead, continuously break through foreign technological blockade, and make greater contributions to the country's intelligent equipment manufacturing industry.

On July 28, 2024, the 2024 Liaocheng "Belt and Road" International Exchange Conference and the Unveiling Ceremony of the Central Asia International High-end Talent Joint Training Base were held in the Liaocheng High-tech Zone University Science and Technology Park. Professor Tursunbayev Zaporotot, President of Osh Technological University of the Kyrgyz Republic and corresponding academician of the Kyrgyz Academy of Engineering, and Academician Smaylor Erta of the Kyrgyz Academy of Engineering and the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, among other experts and scholars from "Belt and Road" countries, participated in the event.
