  The arm can bend backwards to the bottom, greatly expanding the working range.

   Higher Payload

  Payload 235 kg, making it suitable for handling many heavy workpieces.

  The payload of the IRB6640ID (internal Dressing) is 200 kg, meeting the maximum needs of spot welding applications.

  Improved Path Accuracy

  The IRB6640 is equipped with second-generation TrueMove and QuickMove technology. The robot has more precise movements, resulting in less programming time and better process results.

  Easy Installation and Maintenance

  This robot has some new features, such as a simplified forklift slot and a larger space at the bottom of the robot, which make maintenance easier. For easy hoisting, the weight is reduced by nearly 400 kg.

   Options

  Various protection levels can be used in different environments, such as foundry expert type, foundry enhanced type, and cleanroom type.
