Shorter cycle time
The IRB 760 is the fastest robot in its class, significantly reducing cycle times for layer palletizing and press tending applications, greatly improving production efficiency. This four-axis robot has a working range of 3.2m and a payload of 450kg, capable of lifting heavy objects and full layer pallets. The model has high torque, a wide working range, and can achieve up to 880 cycles/hour at full load (400 mm, 2000 mm, 400 mm trajectory cycle).
IRB 760PT Press Tending Robot
The IRB 760PT is a flexible press tending solution designed for automotive press automation applications. Compared to other robotic press automation solutions, it reduces cycle time by 25%. Its working range is 3.18m. When used with a linear seven-axis or TRX system, it keeps the workpiece moving parallel between processes, helping users optimize press line space and reduce the investment cost of the press automation line.
