Job Responsibilities

I. Human Resource Planning:
1. Based on the company's strategic plan, comprehensively coordinate the establishment of institutions, plan human resource development and strategic management, formulate human resource planning schemes, and supervise their implementation;
2. Maintain, revise, publish, and interpret the responsibilities of various positions in the company, and be responsible for daily management;

3. Organize the establishment of the company's talent pool and improve talent training programs and development systems.
II. Recruitment and Allocation
1. Based on the company's annual budget and organizational structure, formulate personnel staffing plans and annual recruitment plans;
2. Formulate recruitment procedures and operational methods for each link, effectively organize recruitment work according to company requirements, maintain recruitment channels, and improve work efficiency;

3. Do a good job in coordinating work between departments, etc.
III. Training and Development
1. Based on the company's overall development and talent improvement needs, as well as the training needs of various departments, formulate the company's annual training plan and budget, and submit it to the company for approval;
2. Organize the establishment of internal and external training lecturer teams, conduct various internal and external training, and conduct training effect tracking and evaluation.
IV. Performance Appraisal Management
1. Participate in the company's salary management system, salary system design, and salary management standardization work, and adjust the salary plan in a timely manner according to the company's development needs;
2. Formulate and implement the company's salary, performance appraisal system, and incentive policy plan;
V. Employee Relations Management
1. Provide the company's decision-making level with suggestions on human resources and organizational structure, and strive to improve the company's comprehensive management level and control human resource costs;
2. Timely handle major human resource issues in the company's management process and guide employees' career planning;
3. Participate in the company's Culture building, and integrate Culture content into employee training;

4. Responsible for the standardized management of new employees from the beginning of their entry to their entire career.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related management majors;
2. Possess rich knowledge and practical experience in human resource management, especially standardized management experience;
3. Understand modern enterprise human resource management models and practical experience, and should have more than 10 years of experience in human resource-related work and management in large and medium-sized enterprises;

4. Familiar with the six modules of enterprise human resources, proficient in personnel recruitment, and possess the ability to discover and identify talents, human resource development and training capabilities, etc.;
5. Fully understand national policies and laws and regulations related to labor;

6. Have good execution ability and pressure resistance, strong initiative, a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, honesty, a sense of the overall situation and foresight. Possess strong planning and implementation capabilities;
7. Possess good interpersonal communication skills, organizational coordination skills, communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems;
8. Possess affinity and excellent interpersonal relationship handling skills.
