During processing, the five axes drive the tool movement, machining around the workpiece to achieve five-axis linkage three-dimensional movement. The dual work station allows for uninterrupted production processing, with one worktable being machined while the other is loaded.

I. General Introduction:

The DF series five-axis machining center adopts an advanced gantry-type mobile structure, possessing the excellent milling technical characteristics of a high-speed milling machine. The mobile worktable ensures the machine tool has optimal dynamic motion characteristics and optimal drive rigidity. The worktable moves smoothly in the axial direction. During processing, the five axes drive the tool movement, machining around the workpiece to achieve five-axis linkage three-dimensional movement. The dual worktable allows for uninterrupted production processing, with one worktable being machined while the other is loaded.

II. Product Features:

◆This machine tool adopts a worktable-moving working method, with an integrated welded bed, compact structure, and advanced mechanical/electrical components, ensuring high processing feed speed, high processing efficiency, high rigidity, and high reliability.

◆It uses a five-axis linkage control system, enabling RTCP tool following function, allowing for the machining of multiple complex surfaces at once.

◆It uses an Italian-made electric spindle and an 8-station rotary tool magazine.

◆Equipped with a tool measuring system for automatic measurement of tool length and precision recalibration of A/C coordinates.

◆Gantry mobile bed structure, flexible and efficient; the open gantry facilitates heavy loads and loading/unloading of large workpieces.
