1. Performance characteristics of the 3D five-axis laser cutting machine:

 

This series of products adopts two structures: integral casting gantry or cantilever. This structural design can realize the processing of super-large workpieces, and the addition of an automatic feeding platform can realize processing and feeding at the same time. It uses an independently developed direct-drive internal light guide AC axis laser cutting head, and adopts a jointly developed CNC laser system and medium-high power laser.

This product is equipped with an advanced intelligent high-power carbon dioxide laser, which can realize the planar and three-dimensional cutting of non-metallic materials, composite materials, carbon fiber materials, fiberglass materials, and ceramic materials.

Automotive interior and exterior parts, automotive metal structural parts, home appliance inner liners, new energy battery boxes, cruise ship and submarine interior parts, high-speed rail interior parts, bus interior parts, sanitary ware, etc.

A-axis: ±115 degrees swing
