The JF series five-axis machining center adopts an advanced gantry moving structure, possessing the excellent milling technology characteristics of a high-speed milling machine. Its moving worktable ensures the machine tool has optimal dynamic motion characteristics and optimal drive rigidity. The worktable moves smoothly in the axial direction. During processing, the five axes drive the tool movement, machining around the workpiece to achieve five-axis linkage three-dimensional movement. The dual-station design allows for uninterrupted production processing, with one worktable being machined while the other is loaded.

I. General Introduction:

 

The JF series five-axis machining center adopts an advanced gantry-type mobile structure, possessing the excellent cutting characteristics of a high-speed milling machine. The mobile worktable ensures the machine tool has optimal dynamic motion characteristics and optimal drive rigidity. The worktable moves smoothly in the axial direction. During processing, the five axes drive the tool movement, machining around the workpiece to achieve five-axis linkage three-dimensional movement. The dual worktable allows for uninterrupted production processing, with one worktable being machined while the other is loaded.

 

II. Machine Structure:

 

X-axis: Horizontal movement of the beam slide (tool)

Y-axis: Front and rear movement of the table support

Z-axis: Vertical movement of the beam slide (tool)

C-axis: Rotational movement of the tool along the Z-axis

A-axis: Relative angle movement of the tool with the Z-axis, completing inclined surface machining.

Platform movement, integrated welded bed, compact and stable structure, advanced mechanical/electrical components, high-rigidity large platform, ensuring high machining feed speed, high machining efficiency, high rigidity, and high reliability, capable of meeting the five-axis machining of workpieces of different sizes;

2. Adopts a five-axis linkage control system, enabling RTCP tool following function, allowing for one-time machining of multiple complex surfaces.

3. Uses original Italian imported electrical spindle, can be equipped with an 8-station rotary tool magazine.

4. Equipped with a tool measuring system for automatic measurement of tool length and re-calibration of A/C coordinate accuracy.

5. Open structure, convenient operation and loading/unloading, platform movement, stable structure.

6. High-rigidity large platform, can meet the five-axis machining of workpieces of different sizes.
