CASTING GRINDING ROBOT

 

Overall Introduction:

 

This automatic grinding robot equipment is specially designed to solve the problems of time-consuming and labor-intensive grinding of casting gates and parting lines in the foundry industry, and unstable product quality. This machine is independently researched and developed, effectively combining advanced mechanical design and control technology with the cost advantages of localized production, flexibly customizing grinding robots for different customer needs.

  • High-rigidity mechanical grinding spindle installed;
  • Two grinding tools, one large and one small;
  • The grinding spindle posture can be switched between vertical and horizontal postures;
  • Suitable for internal and external peripheral grinding of complex products;
  • Servo motor spindle and diamond grinding wheel are used to improve efficiency;
  • Suitable for grinding cast iron and cast steel parts;
  • Simple operation, easy to create programs;
  • Small installation area;
