Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) is an integrated automated system composed of high-bay racking, stacker cranes, in/out tray conveyor systems, dimension detection barcode reading systems, communication systems, automatic control systems, warehouse control system (WCS), warehouse management system (WMS), and other auxiliary equipment such as cable trays, switchboards, pallets, and steel structures. Using AS/RS equipment enables optimized storage in low, medium, and high warehouse levels, achieving fully automated storage and retrieval processes with simplified operation. AS/RS can interface with production lines and enterprise management systems, truly achieving labor and energy savings, and enabling information management and high-efficiency operation. Management employs a computer-based information management approach, reducing labor and management costs, and achieving fully online management.
