The NTF series five-axis machining center adopts a gantry structure and is divided into platform moving type (single/double station) and gantry moving type. The high-rigidity bed body matches high-performance drive and transmission components to ensure that the machine tool has the best dynamic characteristics and drive rigidity, and has perfect high-speed milling performance. During processing, the five axes are linked together to process around the workpiece, which can realize multi-surface processing with one clamping; the double station can realize uninterrupted production processing with one station for processing and the other station for loading and unloading.

I. General Introduction:

The NTF series five-axis machining center adopts a gantry structure and is divided into platform moving type (single/double station) and gantry moving type. The high-rigidity bed body matches high-performance drive and transmission components to ensure that the machine tool has the best dynamic characteristics and drive rigidity, with perfect high-speed milling performance. During processing, the five axes are linked, and the processing is carried out around the workpiece, which can realize multi-surface processing with one clamping; the double station can realize uninterrupted production processing with one station for processing and the other station for loading and unloading.
