Ammonium bicarbonate packaging line palletizing scheme

Customer needs and on-site layout: 1. Customer site: There are two conveyor lines, and palletizing is done manually. The palletizing form is: bagged. 2. Customer needs: To upgrade to automation and reduce labor intensity. 3. Two conveyor lines correspond to two palletizing workstations. Palletizing site layout diagram Description: The bags slide down naturally from the chute, ensuring consistent posture each time; after the bags slide down, they pass through the climbing machine to reduce the speed, and then pass through the turning machine to enter the leveling line; the bags are not flat after sliding down naturally, and the leveling line flattens the bags.

  Description:
  The bags slide down naturally from the chute, ensuring consistent posture each time they slide down;
  After the bags slide down, they pass through the climbing machine to reduce their speed, and then pass through the turning machine to enter the leveling line;
  The bags are not flat after sliding down naturally. The leveling line flattens the bags to prevent tilting during palletizing;
  The bags are picked up by the robot gripper on the picking line;
  The palletizing robot stacks the bags onto the pallet. After the pallet is full, the forklift transports the pallet away.
  3-4 pallets can be placed at a time.

  Capacity/Efficiency
  The equipment uses a single-claw gripper, which can pick up 1 bag at a time. According to the production cycle of the 460 robot of 3-5 seconds, then: One minute: 60÷4=15 pieces Per hour is 60×15=900 pieces
  Daily output (calculated at 22 hours): 900×22=19800 pieces
